23rdBrowser - Tiny fully functional 32bit Internet Browser. 23rdBrowser is a handy slimware alternative in the browser wars. This modest Web browser is small, elegant, and has enough features to satisfy most surfing needs. Features include a customizable favorites database, selectable home, search, and startup pages; and an IP address display for gaming and chat use. This application is so compact it can be ran from a floppy after installation, which allows you to take your Browser and favorite bookmarks with you or to keep them off a shared machine environment. The browsers main selling point is an integrated Pop-up window filter. Options let you allow all, parent-only, or no sub windows.
