· Configurable layout grid with fractional grids and grid snap.
· Simplified and extended arrangement editing
· Imports DXF LINEs, POINTs, CIRCLEs and ARCs.
· Latest General CADD Pro and TurboCAD file formats.
· Startup tips and techniques.
HatchKit displays patterns from hatch pattern definition files, letting you edit visually then replace or save modifications within a new or an existing file while taking care of pattern naming and file formatting details. Translation between formats is automatic.
Draw a new pattern template containing a mix of lines, dots and infinite lines within HatchKit's visual editor or import the template design via DXF or HPGL from your CAD system. Arrange your pattern by spacing in any two directions free from any square or rectangular tiling constraints.
HatchKit's layering capability easily manages apparently random concrete or geologic patterns.
Editing tools - snap to grid, delete, cut, copy, paste, undo and redo, zoom and pan.
Rescale entire patterns.
Stretch, mirror, skew, rotate and move individual layers.
View the entire pattern or just the current layer showing or hiding pattern structure. View or print the pattern appearance with varying line widths.
Comprehensive context-sensitive help.
New startup tips and techniques.
